Background
Our client, a leading insurance and financial services organization with a strong presence across Africa, is seeking a results-driven and strategic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence in Uganda.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business growth, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence at the branch level.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- Diploma in Insurance, ACII, or CIM
- 6+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong commercial, leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive growth, lead teams & deliver results
Work Hours: 8
