Treasure Communications Limited is a leading BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Burundi.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and business pitching.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the marketing and agency space.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.
