Background:

Pride Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and delivery of strategic and operational transformation initiatives aligning with the Bank's corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business diagnostics and root cause analysis
• Support the design and structuring of transformation programs
• Prepare executive-level presentations and transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with business units to implement key transformation initiatives
• Track initiative progress and identify risks
• Conduct research on trends, benchmarks, and innovations
• Assist in embedding sustainability practices
• Work with change champions to support change management efforts
• Gather and incorporate user feedback into initiative design
• Promote collaboration between departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy or business transformation roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management and digital innovation
