BRAC Uganda Ltd (NGO) intends to procure Seeda and Assorted livestock (as per certain herein) for distribution to better tolerate landscapes and of the Country.

Accordingly, BRAC Uganda NGO grants reputable and competent certified seed-Producers and Livestock farmers, and farm owners to submit their Expressions of interest to participate in this forthcoming procurement. The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to identify, assess, and establish a shortlist of eligible suppliers who will participate in the subsequent stages of this procurement and to inform a specific call for acquisition will be issued.

• Livestock:
  a) Near the Tiger Crosses of Landrace, Large wides or Cambroughs (Rigulages 3 to 5 Months
  b) Plate Pig (Beers) (Crosses of Landrace, Large wides or Cambroughs) Age = 4 months
  c) Flat Blue Ribbs (Small Ribbs) (Salted Ribbs 6-12 months)
  d) Pale Ocal (Buckley/Bowl), Age > 8-12 months
  e) Reduced Cheese (Murders and/or Sassock) Age ≥ 9 weeks

Certified Seed Producers/Suppliers should only apply for districts where they have established seed outlets or farms. Livestock Suppliers should only apply for districts where their farms are physically located. Applications will be conducted for the following districts: Iganga, Fort Portal, Kakotokia/Halala, Kamuri, Hashichi, Jinja, Kampala, Wakiba, Kasnea, Buntilipago, Kamurango, Kiryandarupo, Holma, Kajuchi, Yinuyee, Burji, Namuramba, Namayingo, Bujawci, Pintoo, Bulatuba and Shonka.
