Tavola Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion sizes
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficien
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment
• Assist with menu preparation and development where required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar establishment
• Culinary training/certification is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Good time management and organizational skills
