Description

Metropol Uganda Limited is hiring a competent and forward-looking Client Relationship Officer who will act as a link between the Participating Institution (PI) Users and MUL on matters regarding Metropol Analytics (system issues) and credit reports interpretation, User management (user creation and performance assessment), training, and gathering market intelligence and customer feedback aimed at improving service delivery and growing revenue.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Identification of new Clients. To identify new Trade Points that they can potentially connect. This is a continuous exercise of investigation and identification of opportunities.

Connection of new Clients. To connect new Users. This will include both the above exercise of identifying new Clients and the next activity which is ensuring that they are active.

Maintaining Trade Points relationships. To speak to each Trade Point on a regular basis. This will be outlined in the Weekly Plan and also to ensure that all Clients have been communicated to.

Carrying out trainings of new Clients and ensure that they are on boarded.

Maintain a database of customers for follow up.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any business or IT related field.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a customer interfacing role.
  • Proficiency in computer packages, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the Internet.
  • Must have good business acumen and passion to offer solutions to customer issues.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Outstanding phone etiquette
  • Desirable Skills/Attributes
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish assigned work promptly.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards
  • Should be a team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task.
