Job Purpose:

To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience from arrival.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Customer Care, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Hospital Management Systems).

• Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admissions processes.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Provide clear information on hospital services, consultation fees, and procedures.
• Assist patients with form filling and guide them through hospital pathways.
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and administrative departments.
• Maintain the tidiness and professionalism of the reception area.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy and escalate when needed.
