JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose
Strengthen collaboration with community-based organizations and ensure effective grassroots mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CBO networks across districts.
- Facilitate community dialogues and mobilization.
- Support grassroots training and empowerment initiatives.
- Strengthen community accountability mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Degree in Community Development or Social Work.
- 4+ years grassroots engagement experience.

This is the first phase of recruitment that focuses on local implementation. The second phase of recruitment will focus on regional job opportunities.
