Koboko Municipal Council has received grant funds from the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)/ Cities Alliance to implement the Sustainable Urban Integration of Displacement-Affected Communities (SUIDAC) project in Koboko Municipality, funded by the European Union, with technical assistance from Associazione Centro Aiuti Volontari (ACAV)

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's PPDA Act, 2003, and the applicable UNOPS Special and General Conditions for Procurement, consistent with the approved project design and procurement requirements.

Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English by paying a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Payment shall be made through the IRAS system, after which a general receipt shall be obtained from the Koboko Municipal Council Cashier.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee of UGX 8,000,000.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Koboko Municipal Council Hall on Monday, 5th October 2026 at 12:00 noon

Note: Late bids shall not be accepted.
Koboko Municipal Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest evaluated bid.
