JOB DETAILS:

The Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau (UPMB), a leading Christian organization coordinating 317 Member Health facilities all over Uganda, is inviting applications for the following positions from suitably qualified individuals to work as part of a professional and self-driven team. Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set policies and processes.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
