Deputy Programs Directors
Supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of organizational programs and community interventions. Works closely with department heads to ensure program quality, impact, and alignment with the organization's mission. Assists in reporting, donor coordination, and field supervision. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in project planning and management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, with experience in strategic planning, program management, leadership, and business development.
