Background
East African Medical Vitals (EAMV) has set up a state-of-the art manufacturing plant in Uganda. The plant has the capacity to readily supply the East African and COMESA markets with high quality, affordable medical consumables. EAMV is initially starting with Surgical Gloves and Examination Gloves, and will subsequently add syringes, catheters and condoms to the portfolio.
EAMV is sourcing for distributors in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, South Sudan, Burundi, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia and other countries in COMESA region. The successful distributors will distribute EAMV products starting with Medical Gloves to their respective regions.

Requirements of Distributor
• The prospective distributor must be a limited liability company or a registered business and ready to offer distribution services under its business name. We shall require the following:
• Company Profile capturing annual turnover, staffing information (total staff and organisation structure), storage capacity, location of warehouses, and distribution facilities.
• Legal and certified documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Trading license, relevant tax authority registration certificate for TIN, Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Directors' personal ID documents (Passport copy, National ID) and attach 2 Passport size photo graphs for each director.
• Recommendation from Business associates/referees/ Local Councils.

• Recommendation from Business associates/ referees/ Local Councils.
• Must demonstrate experience in this business by way of relevant supplier contracts with public procurement bodies, government agencies and/or private health institutions in country of operation; three reputable business references
• Valid/ existing contracts to supply relevant public procurement bodies and/or private health facilities in country of operation.
