SUPPLY OF COMMISSIONING TOOLS, CONSUMABLES & SPECIALIST MATERIALS EACOP PROJECT (UGANDA)

Kent Inspecta JV, the Commissioning Support Contractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project, invites qualified and experienced specialist contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of commissioning tools, consumables, specialist materials and associated equipment required for the Uganda scope of the EACOP Project.

The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of a 1,443 km cross-border crude oil pipeline from Katakale (Uganda) to Chongoleani Peninsula (Tanga, Tanzania).

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE

• Electrical – Commissioning Tools & Consumables (96 line items)

• HSE – Consumables & Tools (86 line items)

• HVAC – Consumables, General Material & Test Tools (77 line items)

• Instrumentation – Commissioning Tools & Consumables (168 line items)

• Piping & Mechanical – Commissioning Tools, Connectors, Clamps, Flanges, Consumables, Filters & Mesh, Gaskets, Hoses (358 line items)

• Telecom – Commissioning Tools (74 line items)

Total Estimated Line Items: 859
Suppliers must demonstrate capacity to deliver quality-assured materials meeting Ugandan and applicable international standards, within defined timelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum five (5) years proven experience in similar supply scope, preferably within Oil & Gas, Energy or large infrastructure - true projects.

• Valid Business License in Uganda.

• Certificate of Incorporation and recent URSB search report.

• Registration with PAU National Supplier database (NSD) (or proof of application, where applicable).

• Compliance with Local Content Regulations (2016).

• Registration with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

• Evidence of financial capacity (Bank reference letter and audited financial statements for the past three years).

• QHSE management system aligned with local and international standards.

• Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Human Rights compliance policies.

Kent Inspecta JV will review submitted EOIs and conduct evaluations based on internal qualification criteria. Only shortlist- ed/pre-qualified companies will be invited to participate in subsequent tender processes. Kent Inspecta JV reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI submission without obligation to provide reasons.
