About the job

Objective of the Assignment

The overall objective of this engagement is to help family-led businesses, particularly those led by women, strengthen the alignment between family and business goals, improve communication and conflict management, and build healthier leadership dynamics that sustain both family well-being and business growth.

Scope of Work

• Assess Family–Business Dynamics
• Conflict Management and Coaching
• Capacity Building
• Advisory to SHONA Capital

Duration and Level of Effort

The initial engagement will run for 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and need.

The expected level of effort is approximately 3-5 days per month, depending on the number of businesses supported.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
