Casa Ceramica Ltd (ABC Group Uganda) has been serving Uganda since 2015, offering premium Tiles, Sanitary Wares, Bathroom Fittings, and Accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Promote products or services, explain offerings, and persuade customers to take action.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold or warm databases.
• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM or calling system.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confidence and a persuasive speaking style.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Patience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
