JOB DETAILS:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kiryandongo for a Field Agronomist at Hydroponic Farms. The Field Agronomist will be responsible for daily tasks related to soil science, agriculture, irrigation, research, and plant nutrition to optimize crop production and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Soil Science and Agriculture skills
- Experience in irrigation techniques
- Research skills in agronomy
- Knowledge of plant nutrition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
- Experience in hydroponic farming is a plus
