About the Institution

Role Overview & Scope
The Finance & Accounts Officer maintains accurate general ledgers using QuickBooks, assists with payroll, issues client invoices, performs reconciliations, and generates financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting: Record transactions and maintain project accounts using QuickBooks software.
- Invoicing & Payroll: Support billing operations, process payroll, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Reporting: Compile monthly financial performance and variance reports.
Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics
- Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or partial professional qualifications (CPA / ACCA).
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
