JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose
Manage financial systems ensuring compliance with donor regulations and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting.
- Maintain accounting records and internal controls.
- Manage grant financial compliance.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
- Process payments and payroll.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or ACCA preferred.
- 5+ years NGO financial management experience.
