Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food service, ensuring adherence to service standards, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. The role also involves supervising staff, training new employees, and coordinating with other departments to provide top-notch dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing teams
• Service Standards and Food Service expertise
• Customer Service excellence and strong Communication skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
