Description
Anitex and Diva Cosmetics – SMC Ltd is hiring a General Manager to provide strategic leadership and overall operational oversight of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
- Strengthen internal systems, policies, and compliance standards.
- Represent the company in high-level stakeholder engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Chemistry, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- At least 3 years of senior management experience, preferably in a cosmetics company.
- Strong leadership, financial management, marketing, and strategic planning skills.
