Background
Kuboresha-Africa Limited (KAL) is a new Regional Organization with headquarters in Uganda and implementing partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Burundi, DRC, Senegal, Malawi ,South Sudan and Liberia, The organization has established a consortium of 10 Community Organizations (CBOs) per district in Uganda focusing on integrated service delivery in community development with a niche in health, climate change, agrifood security, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) , Communicable and non-communicable diseases, nutrition and sustainable livelihoods. The KAL Consortium structure was established in 2024 with technical guidance from USAID before the Executive Orders of the new Trump Administration. USAID was supposed to fund this consortium. All in all the consortium managed to continue its expansion beyond Uganda. The consortium has recruited an Advisory Board and secured funding opportunities to support implementation in Uganda and other designated countries. Partnerships with priority line Ministries have been secured.

Role Purpose
-Manage human resources and administrative systems for the consortium.
Key Responsibilities
-Staff recruitment and onboarding.
-HR policy implementation.
-Performance management systems.
-Staff welfare and training coordination.
-Office administration and compliance.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management.
5 years HR experience in NGOs.
