Role Overview & Scope

The HSE Officer enforces site environmental health and safety standards, ensures Permit to Work compliance, and promotes an incident-free working environment during maintenance routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Permit to Work & Compliance: Audit and manage site Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and safety compliance.
• Inspections & Inductions: Conduct regular field HSE inspections, site inductions, and toolbox safety meetings.
• Reporting: Lead safety incident investigations and compile comprehensive HSE reports.

Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics

• Qualifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent recognized occupational health and safety qualification.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
