BACKGROUND

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Head Clinical Services will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the clinical team.
• This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery.
• A Master's degree in Public Health, Family Medicine, or an MBA in Healthcare Management is also required.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional clinical experience in a busy health facility is essential.
• Additionally, past experience in hospital management and a leadership role is highly desirable.

REGISTRATION

• Applicants must be fully registered and licensed with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC).
