Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced individual to fill the position Head of streaming operations to lead and optimize, AfroMobile operational functions, driving efficiency, scalability, and excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and partner with leadership to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations teams (content, tech, customer support)
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Ensure high-quality content delivery and user experience
• Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Analyze operational data, identify issues, and drive solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management / project management or related field
• 5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in media/tech
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and decision-making
• Experience in media, streaming, or digital content
