JOB DETAILS:

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Provide safety training and induction to employees .
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Ensure all fire-fighting equipment, PPE, and emergency exits are in place and functional.
• Promote safety awareness and enforce adherence to safety rules and best practices.

Electrical & Technical Duties:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machines, and installations.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical faults in equipment and factory utilities.
• Ensure safe installation and connection of electrical components in compliance with safety standards.
• Support the  maintenance team in ensuring continuous and safe power supply.
• Advise management on electrical safety improvements and energy efficiency measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, OSH, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and preventive maintenance practices.
