Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes, maintaining top-tier quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently during service, ensuring the timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
• Support overall food prep, including sauces, seasoning, plating, and strict portion control to minimize wastage.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and strict food safety standards while coordinating effectively with the kitchen team.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (an added advantage).
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food preparation standards; experience in restaurant or high-volume hospitality operations is preferred!
