Our client is a reputable Security Company
Key Duties:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Staff records, attendance & leave management
- Performance & disciplinary handling
- Training & staff welfare support
- Office administration & documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HRM/Business or related field
- 3+ years HR & Admin experience (security/service sector is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of Ugandan Labour Laws
- Strong communication & organizational skills
