RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE

  • Responsibility % Contribution to job’s performance
  • To support in communicating and organizing staff meetings, trainings, events and engagements to foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee engagement. 15%
  • To coordinate with the operations team in securing supplies for the welfare and HR office for a smooth run of the operations. 15%
  • To act as a first point of contact for employee HR related matters in coordination with the HR office to enhance employee satisfaction. 20%
  • To support the maintenance of the employee database, employee records, filing, storage, and security of documents according to policy and legal requirements to improve efficiency. 25%
  • To support in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure positions are filled on time and employees receive necessary training to help them settle in their roles and learn the organization culture. 15%
  • Any other roles added from time to time in relation to departmental objectives 10%

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social work & Social Administration or any other related field.
  • Experience 2- 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Ms Office applications
  • Business Understanding / Knowledge Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • Languages Proficiency in spoken and written English

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Regular travel between Head office & factory.
