JOB DETAILS:
Spiro is hiring an HRBP for its manufacturing plant in Kampala.
Responsibilities
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance/training, welfare/payroll, and plant admin.
Qualifications
- Requires degree in HR/Business.
Experience
- 3 years HR experience in manufacturing/FMCG/automotive.
Skills
- Knowledge of labour laws & HSE, and MS Office/HRIS skills.
