Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software at the Centre.
- Provide technical support to staff on computer, network, and system-related issues.
- Ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality of organizational information.
- Maintain and update electronic health records systems and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online visibility.
- Produce engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and community updates.
- Design posters, flyers, and other IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
- Document organizational activities through photography, videography, and storytelling.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses and community influencers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, digital communications, or related roles (NGO/health sector experience is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in social media management, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and website content management.
- Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic ICT infrastructure maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
