Job application procedure

Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSF Form 3. Not later than 5:00pm EAT. 4th January 2026 to; the Secretary District Service Commission, P.O. Box 2, Gulu. Application forms are obtainable from any office of the District Service Commission and MUST be filled in the applicants own handwriting, with three current passport size photographs attached. Serving officers should route their applications, through the Head of Department or Responsible Officer, who should also be informed of the closing date to avoid delay. Applications should bear the Title and Reference Number of the post applied for. CERTIFIED COPIES OF ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES, TRANSCRIPTS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION FORMS. Those invited for interviews must come with their Original Certificates and Transcripts, National Identity Card and Institutional Identity Cards.
