INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR THE PERIOD 2026 TO 2028

ChildFund Uganda hereby invites suitably qualified, competent and eligible bidders to submit sealed applications for pre-qualification as suppliers, service providers and contractors for provision of goods, services and works for the period 2026-2028 for both the Country Office (Kampala) and Moyo Field Office.

1. Application Scope

• Applicants may apply for one or more categories and/or specific items within a category, depending on their area of specialization.

• Pre-qualification shall be conducted on a category or item basis, depending on the nature of the requirement.

2. Key Categories (Summary)

• Supply of Assorted Office Stationery

• Supply of Assorted Office Consumables (kitchen items, cleaning items etc)

• Supply of Medical, Health & Pharmaceutical Supplies (including mosquito nets, HIV test kits, hospital equipment)

• Provision of Office, ICT, Communication Equipment and Services

• Supply of Furniture, Tools and Hardware Supplies, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), Solar and Safety Equipment

• Supply of Education and Community Play Materials

• Provision of Transport, Automotive & Logistics Supplies

• Provision of Construction, Engineering & Fabrication Works

• Provision of General services (cleaning, security, water, furniture)

• Provision of Institutional Catering Services (Outside Catering)

• Provision of Consultancy, Financial, Auditing, Legal and other Professional Services

• Provision of Media, Design & Creative Services (photography, videography, content creation services etc)

• Branding, Marketing and Promotional Materials (Designing and printing of assorted branded items)

• Agricultural Inputs, Farm Machinery and Livelihood Inputs

• Fuel and Lubricants

3. Tender Document Collection

A detailed pre-qualification document may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings) from:

• ChildFund Moyo Field Office, Multi-Purpose in Maduga Village, Moyo Municipality, Moyo District

4. Document Collection Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00am – 05:30pm

• Friday: 08:00am – 02:00pm

• Closing Date of submission: Thursday, 11th June 2026 at 5:00pm

6. Submission of Applications

• Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: Application for Pre-qualification of Suppliers, Service Providers and Contractors (2026-2028) and addressed to:
