1. The Uganda National Mining Company has allocated funds to be wired for acquisition of brand-new motor vehicles.

2. The Uganda National Mining Company now invites sealed bids for acquisition of the above Motor vehicles.

3. Bidding will be conducted in ac accordance with the Domestic open bidding procedures contained in the Government and Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Bidders shall collect the bidding Document from the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Light 260,000/c paid to Uganda National Mining Company Ltd account Number: 3100118916 in Centenary Bank.

5. Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDL), of Uganda National Mining Company at Amber House and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:30am to 5:00 pm during working days.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at 02 before 11:00am local time on 29 October 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) 11:15 AM local Kampala time on 29 October 2025.
