Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust (BMCT) was established under the Uganda trustees act in 1994 and is a registered conservation Trust fund mandated to work around Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (BINP) and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park (MGNP) also known as Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Area (BMCA).
BMCT Mission: To foster biodiversity conservation in MGNP and BINP through
(a). Investments in community projects
(b). Grants for research and ecological monitoring
(c ). Funding Park management and protection
(d). Programmes that create greater conservation awareness.

Terms and conditions of bidding:
All bidders are required to buy and fill the standard bid documents and address them to the procurement unit Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust (BMCT).
Nonrefundable fee of 50,000/= should be paid to Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust A/C no.9030005620731 Stanbic-Kabale Branch. Bidders must present the bank pay in slip to the cashier BMCT Kabale Office to obtain a general receipt to be submitted to Procurement and Disposal Unit in order to be issued the bidding document.
Bid documents should be obtained from BMCT offices plot 4 Coryndon road Makanga Kabale or Plot 1 Katalima Cresent Naguru, Kampala during working hours from 8:00 am -5:00pm not later than 12/12/2025. Bids will be opened on 15th December 2025 at 11:00am in presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
The bid documents (2 copies in number) must be properly sealed in envelopes and clearly marked, bid document for renovation of BMCT Trust house Katalima Crescent Naguru.
Late bid submissions shall be automatically rejected.
BMCT is not bound to accept the lowest or highest bidder or any bid.
