Invitation to bid

1. Kampala Club Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for refurbishment and Operation of the Poolside
   Kitchen and services to Club Members and others.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address given below at paragraph 6 from
   8:00am to 8:00pm.

3. The Bidding Document in English is to be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable
   fee of UGX 100,000 at the address below at paragraph 6.

4. Bids must be delivered to the tender box at the address below at paragraph 6 at or before 3:00 PM and
   opening shall take place then after at 3:00 pm on 19th September 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will
   be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

5. There shall be a physical inspection of the premises at Kampala Club on 8th September 2025 at 11:00 AM.
   This is a MUST for all bidders. Inspection is only for those who have purchased the fold document.

6. The bidding document may be obtained from the General Manager's office at Kampala Club House on Plot 8,
   Terran Avenue, Nakasero.

7. The bidding document will be available from the 28th August 2025 and issued from the General Manager's
   Office.

8. Sealing and marking of Proposals: The technical and financial proposals shall be sealed in separate envelopes,
   both clearly marked with the Procurement Reference and lot Number above, the bidder's name, and either
   "Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal" as appropriate and be enclosed in a single outer envelope that is
   also clearly marked.

9. The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason
   thereof, and is not bound to offer the highest bidder.
