1. The Board of Governors (BOG) and St. Katherine Secondary School Old Girls’ Association (SKOGA) have allocated funds to be used for the Partial Construction Work of a Storeyed-students’ dormitory.

2. The school therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at St. Katherine Secondary school website: skss.ac.ug or at the physical address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m Monday to Friday.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 200,000 to Stanbic Bank Libra Branch AC No. 9030003902619 in the name of St. Katherine Secondary school and thereafter get a receipt from the School Bursar.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 a.m. on or before 17th APRIL, 2026 at 1:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX. 2,000,000 Bid securities are valid until 17th July, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:15 a.m. on 24th APRIL, 2026.

7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting and site visit at the school at 9:00am on the dates indicated in the proposed schedules in this notice.
