INVITATION TO BID

1. Kiboga District wishes to invite bids for collection and management of revenue centres from suitably qualified bidders for the first half of the financial year 2026/2027.

2. The list of details for revenue sources are on the entity’s notice board.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205, and are open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below [8a] from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of non-refundable fee of:

   • Management of Revenue collection Centers

   • Grade A: 100,000/=

   • Grade B: 50,000/=

   • Grade C: 30,000/=

6. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at no.6 (f) and upon payment of non-refundable fee indicated above,

Payable through Integrated Revenue Administration System.

a. Each tender must be applied for separately
b. The District shall not be bound to accept the highest or lowest bid.
c. Bids must be delivered to the address below at no. 6 (f) at 10.00pm on 04th June 2026.
d. Late bids shall be rejected and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives, at the address below at no. 6(f) at 10.10pm on 04th June 2026.
e. Documents will be issued, be inspected, delivered and opened at the address below;
