a) Interested bidders may obtain information of the Bid document from Sam Iga Memorial College, administration block, ground floor between 9:00am - 4:30pm
b) Bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of an application, and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 only in the bursar’s office.
c) The bid documents shall be issued at Procurement and Disposal Unit, Sam Iga Memorial College (receipt of payment must be presented).
d) The deadline for submission of bids shall be 10th November 2025
e) This is open to all eligible firms/companies
