Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda, Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act, Cap 205 and are open to all bidders from Uganda.

The Bidding Documents in English for Pre-qualification of Providers / Framework Contracts may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ug.shs. 200,000/- by interested bidder’s payable to the Bank Account for the College Bank: Stanbio Bank, Account Number: 903066340309 Account Name: National Instructors’ College Abilonino

Sealed applications clearly marked “Application for supply/ provision of (indicate the Code and the Sub Category applied for)” should physically be delivered to NICA procurement & Disposal Unit before or at 12.00 noon on 12th December, 2025. Bids will be opened on 12th December 2025 at 2:00pm.

The Criteria to be used for evaluation are set out in the Solicitation documents and are in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of public AssetsAct and its Regulations, Cap 205 as amended.
