INVITATION FOR BIDS
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: UCC/SUPLS/26-27/00009
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT TO 10 PUBLIC ACCESS CENTERS.

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds under the Uganda Communications Commission Universal Service Fund (UCC/USF) for the acquisition of Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment to 10 Public Access Centres.
2. The Uganda Communications Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for requirements for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment to 10 Public Access Centres.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding, a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Uganda Communications Commission and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8:00am from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours during working days.
5. The Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be to a bank account of Uganda Communications Commission, Bank of Uganda, Plot 37/43 Kampala Road, Corporate Branch, Crested Towers, Kampala as follows: UGX.A/C No. 9030000759004.
6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at (c) or before 11:00am. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000/= (Four million Uganda Shillings) or a bid securing declaration which must be valid until 9th April 2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (d) at 11:15 am on 13th October 2026.
7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting on: N/A.
