JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Lodge Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team leadership, and operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lodge operations (guest services, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
- Lead and mentor department heads.
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of lodge/hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Passion for sustainable tourism and hospitality.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic accounting.
- Willingness to live/work remotely.

Experience in Months: 96
Level of Education: bachelor degree
