Key Responsibilities:
- Selected shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery to international markets.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., commercial brokers, providing flights of coupon, certificates of origin for accounts) and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, including documentation and office-service notifications (e.g., Yatanga, Fashions Alliance).
- New with ships, purchasing, warehousing teams, and external garantiers (producers, imposters, shipping companies) to enhance logistics practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, track signposts, and maintain some quality assurance risks during months and minutes.
- Generate papers on projects, implementation, and customs compliance for stakeholders.
- Address updates in their books, such as delays or customs issues, with effective solutions to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Backshort-degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and business advances, on record basis.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in logistics, export operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder collaborations.
- Attendance to detail for accurate documentation and compliance.
- Certification in-clocking and forwarding a highly desirable facebook, dynamic environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
