JOB DETAILS:
EBO SACCO (U) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced result oriented individual to fill the above mentioned position and must be ready to perform responsibilities not limited to the following;
• Performing open and Close of Business in a timely manner.
• Providing leadership and direction in managing the core banking system, mobile baking platform and business processes.
• Serving as the head of Back
• office operations of the Sacco and ensuring smooth running of the operations to facilitate front office branch operations.
• Managing agent and mobile banking systems.
• Developing, managing and update operating systems to ensure the workflow is automated, effective and relevant.
Qualifications:
The definitive candidate must have the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• 3 years Banking Experience in IT Department, working knowledge with core banking systems and mobile baking platforms in a regulated MDI
• Any IT Professional Qualification/ MBA would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
