Role Description
The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala. This position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Afebrile Healthcare Solutions (U) Ltd’s digital health products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting with campaign development, preparing marketing materials, and supporting sales initiatives with data-driven insights. The Marketing Associate will help coordinate events, manage basic digital channels, and track performance metrics to inform future strategies. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach to healthcare providers, partners, and communities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing decisions.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills, such as lead generation support, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools, basic data analytics, and experience in healthcare or technology sectors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
