JOB PURPOSE

To plan, lead, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Operational KPIs:

  • Growth in brand visibility, recognition, and media presence.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional training in digital marketing, branding, or communications is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of managerial experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and leading teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, PR, and event coordination.
  • Experience working with agencies, media partners, or corporate brands is an added advantage.
