Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive medical care, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical leadership while ensuring high-quality healthcare services are delivered in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with various medical conditions.
- Provide appropriate treatment, follow-up care, and referrals where necessary.
- Conduct medical examinations and develop patient management plans.
- Participate in ward rounds, clinical reviews, and emergency care services.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
- Promote infection prevention and control practices.
- Support clinical training and mentorship of healthcare students and junior staff.
- Participate in health education and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Prepare clinical reports and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the relevant medical council.
- Valid practicing license.
- Previous clinical experience is an added advantage.

- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Compassionate patient care approach.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
