JOB DETAILS:

Background

Te-Kworo Foundation is recruiting four leadership roles for the Sonic Kworo Hospital, located in Agado District, Northern Uganda. These are full-time, renewable 3-year contracts. All positions require commitment to maternal & neonatal health equity in a rural, resource-limited setting. We strongly encourage applications from women and candidates from Northern Uganda.

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical operations, quality assurance, and patient safety across the hospital
• Set and enforce clinical protocols for maternal, neonatal, and child health services
• Supervise and mentor the clinical team; chair clinical governance committees
• Represent the hospital with MoH, DHO, and the Sonic Healthcare Foundation

Qualifications

• MBChB + postgraduate qualification in Obs/Gynae, MPH (MCH), or Healthcare Management
• Current UMDPC registration & practising license
• EmONC training (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Fluency in English & Luo required

Experience

• Min. 7 yrs in Obs/Gyn with a min. 3 yrs in a clinical leadership role.

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
