Responsibilities or duties

• Design and prepare a wide range of classic and signature cocktails
• Engage guests with expert recommendations and warm hospitality
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Innovate seasonal drink menus and contribute to beverage pairings
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene protocols

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender (2+ years preferred)
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
• Creative mindset with a passion for mixology trends
