Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile Van Driver for a client in the oil and gas sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation and proper management of the assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness, timely servicing, preventive maintenance, and prompt repair of any identified defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles safely and responsibly while on official duty.
• Supervise vehicle mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle documents and statutory requirements are valid and up to date.
• Monitor vehicle condition and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle occupants always wear seat belts.
• Comply with all traffic laws and road-safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements while driving and participate in HSEQ activities.
• Maintain zero accidents and incidents through safe driving practices.
• Keep assigned official vehicles clean and presentable.
• Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrival at destinations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A diploma in any field.
• A valid driving permit of Class D1 or higher is a must.
• 5 years of experience in a busy environment with a good track record transporting company personnel and materials skills.
• Defensive driving and customer service.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
