Organization Profile Fields of Life (FOL) is a non-denominational Christian and International Development Organization founded in 1993 as a response to the effects of war from which Uganda was recovering. With 28 years of working with communities in East Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and South Sudan), FOL exists to be an effective Christian response where there is suffering and injustice in East Africa and beyond.

Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Duty Station: Kampala Office

Role, Purpose & Context
To provide leadership in the development and implementation of FoL Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning strategy and system, ensure strong reporting on progress and impact to donors, including thorough data gathering and processing, analysis and authoring of reports, and lead on MEL capacity support to FoL staff and partners.
